05The arrangement
Founding Partnership
We agree one focused first release, a scoped setup fee, how product revenue is shared and who is responsible for content, launch and ongoing operation. IP and equity arrangements exist only where a signed agreement says they do.
Native apps, original production and more complex builds are scoped separately. Every partnership starts with a written agreement covering responsibilities, ownership, payment and the way we part company if it isn't working.
The fee is set in writing once the first release is scoped, never before. We take on a small number of opportunities that fit the model.

An audience is the beginning, not the business.
- Good fit
- You already publish, teach, host, perform or create for a recognisable audience. You have something useful or desirable to sell. You're prepared to actively promote the release.
- Not the right fit
- You need us to build the audience from zero, want entirely custom software for a setup fee, or are looking for a development supplier with no shared commercial commitment.
